1. General Provisions

This agreement regulates the provision of online educational services by Olga Pavlova Academy of Photography. By purchasing the course, the Student agrees to all terms set forth herein.

2. Course Structure & Access

The program consists of 8 educational modules released weekly on Sundays at 09:00 AM. Student access is granted for the 8-week duration plus an additional 6 months of archive access. Access can be extended for 3 months for ₪ 500.

3. Payments & Installments

Payments are processed securely via Allpay with options for 1 to 5 interest-free installments. Refunds are governed in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981).

4. Intellectual Property

All video lectures, PDF guides, presets, and instructional materials are the sole intellectual property of Olga Pavlova. Dynamic watermarks protect video streams against unauthorized copying or distribution.
